It is Sunday night.  I just watched the Packers beat the Vikings.  Not that I am really a fan of either team, but man I really wanted the Vikings to win.  Brett Favre is an amazing athlete and as I get older (not as old as he is), I like to see what is possible if you strive to be healthy and take care of yourself.

With that said, I am resolving to improve my health this week.  I have made strides over the last couple weeks, but have a long ways to go.  I am going to start by ordering some health supplements, acai berry for men to be specific.  I am also going to get up in the morning and do cardio this week at least 3 times.  Assuming my back is better I will lift a couple times as well.
